If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS - PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds on sale items purchased from the Stock Clearance Section on the Website. Items can be exchanged for an item of the same or greater value. All other offers can be returned and refunded.
All products should be returned new, unused and with all the garment tags & labels still attached.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at the customers expense. All products returned should have a RMA number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT
Complete the Returns Form online and include it with your returned product.
Products should be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, they should be carefully packed and returned in their original packaging to ensure a full refund or exchange.
All products must be returned via recorded delivery - returns sent in any other way may not be credited.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed - this may take up to 10 days.
Please contact us at email@example.com and the product will then be dispatched to you on receipt of your return and, if necessary, the balance payment, has been received or refunded.
If we don't have the required product in stock you can request to be added to our waiting list and notified once the product is back in stock.
Products should be received by PHOEBE GRACE within 14 days of the date of receipt of your item.
Returns outside the 14 days may be accepted at the discretion of PHOEBE GRACE and may only be refunded as a credit note.
Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase.
Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty product please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
Refunds will be made to the same method of payment that was used to purchase. Refunds outside the UK will be refunded excluding taxes and duties incurred.
YOUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSR’s), you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays in the United Kingdom
Exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to PHOEBE GRACE by hand or post, fax or email, at the address, fax number or email address supplied in our Contact Us category on the site, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you must return the goods to PHOEBE GRACE at your own cost, in unused and otherwise re-saleable condition. The goods must be returned to the address shown below.
